| Our firm houses a unique "Anchovy Museum", a due acknowledgment to this little fish which has given and goes on giving our small village of Aspra a great worldwide popularity. |
| We're trying to recover and defend our tradition in salt anchovy packaging, thanks to a careful search of material and historical documents. |
| Inside the Museum, a photo exhibition, entitled "Life images throughout the years", gives us back a fragment of Aspra's history and of its maritime traditions. Every year the small museum is visited by lots of people from all over the world. |

THE LEGEND OF THE ANCHOVEIES

| «Once upon a time, you can't imagine how many years ago, a great family of stars shone in the sky; they were very little but very bright, perhaps the brightest stars in the universe. Their name was Engrauline and they were very very vain» |
| According to the legend the Engrauline were punished by God for their vanity and then thrown in the sea. From then on they were simply called «acciughe» (anchovies). |
