We are located
in Aspra, a maritime village a few km from Palermo,
where, since 1947, we have been able to create
a company activity of remarkable relevance in
the field of anchovy packaging.
Our firm's chief interest is granting
our customers the best quality anchovies, which
are sold in jars or tins. They are perfectly ripe,
rose-coloured, obtained selecting in the right
months (may-june) the best anchovies, caught along
Sicilian and Spanish coasts.
In this field we
are proud to be one of the few realities which still
take care directly of the production of salt and
in oil fish.
With passion and perseverance
we've been carrying on this undertaking, building
a 4000 mq factory, with the help of very skilled
labour.
Our firm has
obtained the UE acknowledgment as a guarantee for
the excellent quality of our product and as a prize
for an activity carried on in observance of the
laws and the European sanitary regulations.
Of great importance has been the
50 year experience of our family's founder, "Grandad
Battista". A born fisherman and a fine expert
of the secrets of the sea, he has been able to
set up a big fish packaging factory whose main
feature is offering a high quality product according
to the oldest working techniques.
